Potato Mushroom Soup Recipe

Potato and fresh mushroom soup can be cooked according to the following recipe. Fresh mushrooms are well cleaned and washed, cut off the roots, chopped and fried in oil. Cut the mushroom caps into small slices, scald with boiling water and drain in a colander. After the water drains, shift the caps to the legs, pour water and cook for 40 minutes. In a separate bowl, fry the peeled and chopped roots and onions.

After the hats are cooked, add diced potatoes and fried roots to them, add bay leaf, pepper, salt and cook for another 20-25 minutes. When serving in a bowl with soup, add sour cream and sprinkle with chopped herbs. Soup with fresh mushrooms can also be prepared with the addition of semolina and meat broth.
